Prime Minister’s Scholarship 2018-19 is available for dependent wards/widows of Ex-Servicemen / Ex-Coast Guard who died in service in harness and for the dependent wards of Ex-Servicemen / Ex-Coast Guard's Widows. The Department of Ex-Serviceman Welfare has released notification regarding the Prime Minister Scholarship for inviting interested and talented applicants for this opportunity. All the peoples are advised who want to take admission in professional degree courses in that particular Academic Year must apply for this scheme. After complete all process of this scheme, the merit list is finalized and approved by Defense Ministry in the month of March-April every year.
Only those candidates are eligible for Prime Minister Scholarship 2018-19  who are dependent wards/ widows of Ex-Servicemen and ex-Indian Coast Guard employees who died in harness or disabled due to causes attributable to military service or coastguard service.
