ONGC Scholarship is a financial support which is being provided to the needed students by Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Limited of India. Only SC/ST category students who want to carry their higher education are eligible to apply for this scheme.

Eligibility Required for ONGC Scholarship 2017-18

  • Scholarship scheme is available for Indian residents only.
  • Students must be pursuing four years Engineering/MBBS courses/ two years Masters Course in Business Administration &Two years Masters Degree in Geology/ Geophysics are eligible.
  • Students should have obtained minimum 60% marks in 12 disciplines. Similarly, 60% marks are necessary for graduation for P.G. Courses i.e. Geology/Geophysics/MBA.
  • Gross annual income of the family of the candidate from all sources should not be more than lakhs per annum.
Age Limitations:
Applicants age should not above 30 years and the relaxation will be provided according to the government.

  1. Mark sheet of qualifying exam (mandatory)
  2. CGPA to percentage conversion certificate issued by University/College/institute (wherever applicable)
  3. Income certificate (mandatory)
  4. Caste certificate (wherever applicable)
  5. BPL certificate (wherever applicable)
  6. ECS mandate form duly certified by Bank authority along with canceled cheque/photocopy of front page of Bank pass book (mandatory)
  7. PAN card
  8. Residential Proof
